FAQ

Answers before you order.

Everything clients ask us most: lead times, files, materials, shipping, and what happens after you submit a project brief.

Ordering

How do I place an order for custom work?

Use the Start Your Project page and fill your brief. We review your request and respond with scope, timeline, and confirmation before production begins.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No hard minimum. We can produce one-off pieces and larger batches. Unit pricing changes based on setup complexity and quantity.

Can I reorder the exact same product later?

Yes. Keep your project name/reference and we can repeat previous specs quickly, with adjustments if needed.

Artwork & files

What file formats do you accept?

Vector files are preferred (`AI`, `SVG`, `PDF`). We also accept high-resolution `PNG`/`JPG` references and can help rebuild files when needed.

Do I get a proof before production?

Yes. For most custom projects we send a proof or mockup for approval before full production.

Materials & finish

Which materials can you produce with?

Common options include acrylic, wood, selected metals, resin/3D materials, and mixed-media assemblies depending on product type.

Can you match a specific finish?

We can target matte, satin, glossy, and textured directions. Final result depends on substrate and process; we confirm this during proofing.

Shipping & delivery

How long does production usually take?

Typical lead time is 5 to 10 business days after approval. Complex or large-batch jobs may need additional time.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, when schedule and production capacity allow. Include your target date in the project brief so we can confirm options.

Payment

Can I pay online with card?

Not at the moment. Send your request through Start Your Project and we will confirm the order and payment details directly with you.

Do you provide invoices for companies?

Yes, corporate orders can be invoiced. Share billing details in your request and we include them in your quote workflow.
